Members: The members portal is found at "My ICE" . Go through it to find helpful guides to committees, meet signup, and volunteer expectations in addition to account and personalized swimmer information.

Committees: If you are looking for committee file sharing, you will find the access at the top of the committees page. If you need to set up access for your committee, please contact the webmaster.

Help files: Admins can access administrative help files

Using the Email System: Admins can use the MyICE email distribution system for committee and club-wide communication. To access the system please log in through "My ICE" using your administrative account.

Database Access: In the rare case that you need direct access to the non-TU database, please login to the database.
If you need a database or an interface to manipulate the database contents, please ask the webmaster.

Edit the website: To edit the TU / myICE portion of the site, log in through "My ICE" using your administrative account.
To edit the main website, please login to our CMS. If you have content to be posted you may also send it to the webmaster.

Your password is the same as the one used to access the committee files. If you do not remember your password, you can retrieve it using that system. If you do not remember your user name or if you never received one, please contact the webmaster.
